So now it's August
July really didn't fly by, thanks to Mercury Retrograde, but eventually it left. Not that I didn't have fun, mind you, but Merc Retros are not my favorite times of the year. Everything gets all screwed up & you get nibbled to death by details details details!!!!!
And now, it's August, one month closer to my Camino! What have I done? Um, well, I've researched backpacks & hope to be purchasing one soon (like within the next day--I LOVE PAYDAY!). For now, I'm content to wait for the cooler months to start distance walking & go to the gym for spinning classes. I'm toying with asking for a session with a personal trainer to develop a routine to build up my arms & upper back to prepare for carrying my life on my back as well.
